"Nice One Cyril, nice one son, nice one Cyril let's have another one." I think it's a Tottenham Hotspur song about Cyril Knowles, one of there ex-long serving players.

literal translation is 'badly seen'

according to Chambers Dictionery -

Mal vu ..... to be frowned upon or looked upon with disapproval
