2. Singing Nurse (it has a capital 'N' - a person's name, then?)

I always thought it was a partridge in a pear tree?

Yes, but the song "says" -
'4 French hens, 3 calling birds, 2 turtle doves and a partridge in a pear tree' so it could be interpreted as the whole lot being in the pear tree'!

I'm doing this quiz too, got it this morning and done nothing but work on it since and I've just finished! Not 100% sure on no. 48 Greedy person - I've got raptor, also thought of vulture, just not sure. Will help anyone who asks. Right, must get on with some housework!
