Music without instruments

A few years ago I came across a website that mentioned a music festival held somewhere in Wales. Among competitions was one for music composed using no musical instruments. One winner was a composition made up from the sounds of clinking glasses and part-filled wine bottles used like pan pipes. I'm sure it was called 'Avec Moderation'. It was downloadable from the web, but it seems to have disappeared, and I can't find it any more.
Another composition was compiled of hens and roosters clucking and crowing, (similar to the one where dogs sing 'Happy Birthday'). Anyone remember these, and know how to find them?
