Have you managed to get the problem sorted yet?
Outlook Express is an email client, not an email itself, and so it needs all the details of the email account so it can access and download them for you.
I trust you have an email account set up with them... this will have to be done from the Orange home page. If you want "
[email protected]" for example, you need to create it with Orange, then set it up in Outlook Express. If you haven't set it up, Outlook Express can't access it...
