Thanks to everyone I have now completed the quiz- this is the first time I have used this website and I am very impressed - I will know what to do next time and not cause such confusion.

I'm glad you enjoyed your first visit to the site. Something to bear in mind on your return is that it is not necessary to start a new post each time you want to thank,comment or add further clues.
All these can be placed on your original post thereby not taking up space on the page which could be used by other puzzlers with their queries.
You may have noticed the heading asking for submissions to be made in a single post.
