Thanks bridgenut. Have now successfully distracted Robbie by feeding him some proper food. Roll on 3 a.m. when he decides it must be playtime....

Tell Robbie it's not a real mouse - might help . My cat used to have the habit of curling up on my mouse and hand and going to sleep . Didn't like it when I moved my hand !
