18. Had thought of Palm Springs for number 18 as it contains the words psalm and sing but then couldn't work out where reverse nothing came in. Then thought of Carolina but that is a state not a place in the USA.

As for sprain ada the only place I came up with was Samarinda - right area of the world but one letter out.
I am struggling with 76.
