which british city stands at the mouth of the rivers taff & ely ?

have been googling but can only find penzance or cornwall for 1st one and cardiff for 2nd one ? thought cardiff was a welsh city?
any help greatly appreciated.

Did you mistakenly read 'British city' as English city??

My money's on Canterbury and a setters error.
