The electron, denoted e- is a fundamental particle with negative electric charge that is found arranged in quantum mechanical orbits about neutral atoms. The electron is a lepton, and therefore has lepton number 1. The antiparticle of the electron is called the positron.

The electron mass is 9.1095*10^31 kg, and the electron charge -e , where e=1.6022*10^19 C.

I gleened this information by googling "electron charge"

thats the sort of thing i got from google! only without the bit about the negative charge, talk about blinded by science!
thank you so much teegee.
its has a negative charge for sure and am right, it is found in atomic and solid particle usually to drive in electricity.
by the way allotment 10 FYI, it is proton that has a positive charge. hope this could help.
