I just bet you did. I don't know how often you had fish on your menu, but it was one of my favourite dishes - so fresh. Well, perhaps you'd not be as impressed as moi as you also get fresh fish all the time. Anyway, it's an experience not to be forgotten, eh? Did you happen to get your posterier pinched?

"Shagreeened" is what I was needing.
After posting the question rechecked my other answers and found, as you guys discovered, that I had two wrong answers. I am now chagrined. Many thanks to all and I don't miind one little bit that the subject was highjacked by lovers of fish and the red stuff although convention dictates that it should have been white.
