Orange liqueur
At a dinner party in Spain I drank an excellent bitter orange liqueur, which my host told me he'd made by steeping orange marmalade in a fairly bog standard French brandy for some months. I've lost the recipe/instructions - anyone know anything about this sort of thing? Thanks

We have not had much success with bananas or peaches
If you use plums put some of the stones in to taste
All recipes can be done with other spirits -gin- brandy or even whisky but that can be a bit overpowering
