Help on Hitchcock quiz question

This is the question: In which imaginary Hitchcock film did Alicia Arnold appear? Google has been unable to help. I wondered if it was perhaps 'Silence of the Hams' or 'Psycho Beach Party', doesn't seem to be 'High Anxiety' and nothing under Hitchcock films. Perhaps a cameo guest appearance. Any trivia experts out there?

The Internet Movie Database - the absolute "Bible" as far a movie information goes - does not list any actress (or film character for that matter) with name "Alicia Arnold". Nor does a search on Google indicate an actress by that name. Google does show up the original question on Quizzing.co.uk - perhaps you should go back to the questioner and ask him/her for the answer.

I was thinking if Alicia Arnold was an anagram of some actor or actress? I managed to make the name Carol but that is as far as i got.
