Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

28a: team horse having altered diet, money then put on it (8,6).

Looks like the second word could be UNITED and maybe the first words beings with SOU (for money)

20d: knickers! what if there were a hole in them (4,2)
I have ?A?N??

Also, is 14d AUTOMOBILE? It seems to be the only word which will fit, but I can't see how to get that from the clue, apart from "vehicle".

14d Clue reads- Vehicle something precious to one who treats spleen.

AU (gold) TO MO (doctor) BILE (spleen)

Thanks for the quick replies. I had SCOW for 24d. S for second and COW for "lower" (an animal that lows!). That's why I had a W at the end of the first word of 28a, which threw me completely! I realise it should be SCUD.
