Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I do wish they'd give us an extra day to send our answers when a bank holiday intervenes. There's no mail now until Tuesday, yet the puzzle is still due in on Wednesday. Even sending first class on Tuesday morning doesn't guarantee that it will arrive by Wednesday and I'm certainly not paying �4.50 for guaranteed next day delivery.

i agree. would it cause too many problems if it was moved to thursday every week....a lot of others do.

Your're right should be thursday, I managed to post mine today and saw the post van 12.15pm so know both the travel and crossword went, walked quite a way to the post office, and they collect on a sunday and bank holidays 2.15
was told when a bank holiday sunday one is not collected
do you live near a post office check the box and will say if there's a collection on a bank hoilday good luck

There is still a Sunday collection from boxes outside post offices I believe. Even on bank holiday weekends. In my village it is at 11.10am.

Unfortunately there are no Sunday collections anywhere near my area. The nearest one is about 7 miles away and not a very easy journey by public transport . Oh well, I'll just have to post it on Monday evening, to ensure that it catches the early morning collection on Tuesday, and mark it first-class. Hope it gets there by Wednesday.
