Its a comment rather than a question. I have Typhon for 40d but couldn't prove it killed Zeus. I have Zeus thunderbolting lots of other guys but not getting thunderbolted himself??? Oh and Harry drove me nuts too but it is correct for 43a !!!

the clue wd appear to be fairly wildly wrong. seems it was zeus did all the thunderbolting and he buried typhon under a mountain. that seems to be the gi8st of it, anyway.

Hi. I came across an obscure website about Greek mythology and found in it that Typhon pinched Zeus's lightning bolts and, as it were, blew him to bits with them. Later on, a passing god or two reassembled Zeus..as one would...and he went on to defeat Typhon. All a bit 007ish really!

I am not Kevin and certainly not Daphne!! I am merely the chap who stumbled across it, read it bleary-eyed cos I've been at work since 0630, yawned 3 times and filled in the spaces in the crossword. The eggheads are the ones that wrote it!
