trivial pursuit?, or some of the adult board games have deep and meanigful questions, or open him an AB account, he can read through peoples questions from way back, or ask a few himself.

Then ask him what would happen if he had a green nose.
Then ask him why his toes look weird.

Then ask him Why his head arch's out.
I could go on all day, but had better not.

4get - it's not about scripting a conversation, it's about finding out things about someone that you don't know!
