What and how many different professions have you had?
Which was the best and why?
I have been a
Monumental Mason - 5 years
Grave Digger - 1 year
Clay Minor - 18 months
Marble Mason, restoring antique marble furniture and fitting marble bathrooms for the rich and famous
- 7 years
Plant Foreman in a cereal processing plant - 4 years
Tree Surgeon - 4 years
Pest Control Officer - 13 years
Carer - 7 months
I have found the caring profession to be so much fun and rewarding on a daily basis it would have to be my favourite, even though some of the jobs above have been my own businesses and far more lucrative!!

Bar Maid - 4 years on and off
Mouse clicker in an IT job - 1 year
I'm in the process of applying to do a PGCE so hopefully teaching will turn out to be my favourite profession, I really liked bar work though but the money and the shifts aren't great and frankly I got a bit worn out of the boozy lifestyle that always seems to go with it!
