Can anyone recommed a good book/leaflet that would list all the best types of food? Not recipes, just the actual food eg low GI, low fat, easy on calories etc. I know that whole grain bread is better than white, apples are better than bananas, but would like to know a lot more types of food i can eat. Many thanks
