I can't decide which to put and I know after the last Rhodes Minnis one I'll choose wrong one so wondered what the rest of you were going with

I've gone for Newport but I agree both answers fit the clue. Toss a coin I think!

I think that too but if they mark it like the last one they will only accept which they think so youre right - toss of the coin

I think NewQUAY because a harbour is more of a quay than a port. A port tends to be a bigger place than a harbour.
