37) Only thing I can think of for the old fashioned make-up is Rouge, and the only thing close to it is RUGELEY....in Staffordshire. Best I can do.

Following up on Valerieb's suggestion re Rugeley for Q 37. The Oxford dictionary gives meaning to Suffix -ly as
"having the qualities of "which could be interpretated as
in the fashion of. Don't know what to do with the e in the middle of ly though.
