Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I have as letters for Underclothing (14 letters)
?N?E?T?O?A?L?S. Either this is a word I just don't know or there's an error with another clue. I think 37-down 'human ancestor' is Apeman - but is this wrong? Help please! ~ Silvanus

Thankyou JMR. Not a usage I know - tho the Oxford Shorter gives it as meaning trousers from 1830. Is the American place for selling alcohol a BAR room or a TAP room?

I would go with bar room (Chambers defines it as a room in which ther is a bar (chiefly U.S.)
A tap room is a room where beer is served from the cask - more of a British institution.

Hi Silvanus - also meant to say that Chambers gives the same definition for unmentionables that you found in your dictionary but also states "now, usually humorously, used for articles of underclothing".
