My one query is 4d. I assume it's "Europe" but don't see the connection with " loved by (bear)i.e 5d21". A Euro (money) link?
Question Author
Europa was (mythologically) a princess carried off by one of the gods in the form of a bull (the first part of 5d is bull)

I got arcturus from the second part of the clue. But I still don't understand the connection to papal bull. Anyone able to shine any light on this?
arcturus-
papal= a RC ( a roman catholic)
