i am really stumped on nos 13 ,14, 23 and 28 i can only come up with beaten for no 23 so can anybody ive me a clue thanks

What are the clues?

no 13 is the letter a with mat across the middle,no 14 is revo written 3 times on top of each other, no 23 is B10, AND NO 28 IS MARY +MARY = They are expressions or phrases thanks
