can someone please in simple plain English decribe these prophecies that the bible seems to be prdicting so amazingly well. If it turns out theres been a few wars and thats all these prophecies have got right so far dont bother.

Yes, look at the four wars, and look at how Jerusalem is hardly ever out of the news, and look at how the U.N. has passed more resolutions on Jerusalem / Israel than on any other subject in its miserable antisemitic history.
Why doesn't Timbuctoo or Brighton get such world attention? The Bible says that Jerusalem would get the attention and it does.

but theres loads of cities that get attention? jerusalem gets attention because there has always been war there?
and as the bible was written in something like 5ad the bible already knew there was loads of trouble in jerusalem?

yeah but bristol has had flood and famine through the ages just about everywhere in the world has had a flood and some famine at some point? theres a flood in asia just now that will cause famine straight after it!
locust infestations happen all over the world as well?

i cant really see how people can really take anything from that at all really?
