I WAS THE FIRST OUT OF THE ARK

(please note I know the raven was first out but question is which animal - thanks in advance)

Man - man is an animal and Noah and his family came out first.

I always thought the dove was first.

It is a raven(a bird!) in all the records I look at

There is no doubt that the first creature out, discounting Noah and his family, was the raven followed by the dove. When the ark finally stopped and the waters went down sufficiently for non-flying creatures to emerge it is not recorded which animal emerged first. Then either it must be man (who is classed biologically as an animal) or you have to go with raven.
