Deleting programme

I foolishly allowed aprogramme called Geek Superhero to be installed on my computer and now i cant get rid of it. Its become a nuisance with pop up ads and web pages only being allowed to load with pop up ads. The un install programme does not work and right clicking on the file on hard drive does not work either as it says its write protected or being used by another programme, anybody able to help please?
