Can anyone please tell me what those retro springy pop up toys are called off the capital one advert, and where to get them. cheers!

no not a slinky these you lick and stick down and then eventually they pop up!
you can get pop up frogs and smiley faces on ebay. can only find monsters a bit like the adverts on a US site...so not sure whether they would send them here?
I had a set as a child....eons ago...they were called Hoppin poppins or Poppies cant remember which.
Poppin Hoppies OMG, just googled them, I feel ancient now lol

thanks suzie thats what im thinking of but im sure i had ones that were also animal shaped like in the advert!
in our house we call them pingy thingies
I would think the same type of toys were made by many different toy companies over the years, so they may have all had their own names for the pop-ups.

I would think the "creature" at the top of each of the ones in the ad were specially made to cater for the client, and to avoid copyright clearance. I think the images are used in poster and shop displays too.
