Can anyone help confirm the answers to these last two clues.

I've found the play The Sport of My Mad Mother by Ann Jellicoe - but can't find a cast list anywhere - Greta seems like the obvious answer, but I can't confirm it.

Extended description of Margaret Kennedy offering (6)

?P?E?D - Again SPREAD or possibly APPEND seems like the answer but I can't find the book title anywhere.
