I've just done my GCSEs and have also just been to America. I absolutely loved it and would really like to go back over there to do university.

My parents aren't too keen on it, but I was just wondering, is there any advantage to going to Uni over there as opposed to here? And if you do, how do you go about it?

Cheers!

I don't know about advantages, but of course experiencing new people and places is always good. Identify some of the schools you are interested in and contact their admissions office. Explain your situation and they should be a good starting point to help you get student visa, etc.

Good Luck
there aren't any advantages to doing a uni coarse over here unless you extremely good grades to go to london / kent/Oxford. In alot of casaes for these particular unis your parents have to have really good jobs otherwise expect a lot of stick from fellow goers, infact the uni,s over here are not considered the best in the world if you know what i mean. If I was you I would Stay there and get a good education. Hope that helped you and good luck x x
