What was the surname of 19th-2oth century British writer, best known for his humorous stories, whose most successful play describes how inmates of Bloomsbury boarding house are intimidated by strange lodger who resembles Jesus Christ? Any help please
Took quite a lot of googling to find this answer so not giving a lot away but this was a morality play, made into a film released in 1935 and the author was probably best known for a book where the story takes place on water!
