ITV "Shoplifters - Caught On Camera" Background Music

Hi, does anybody know what the background music was on ITV's "Shoplifters - Caught On Camera", which aired on the 25th of September 2007. It was when the CCTV Monitor, Pete, was showing the staff of the clothes shop someone shoplifting from there who got away. This is after he finds some clothes tags on the floor. After the music was played, they then started to show you numbers 10 to 5 of the most shoplifted products. The voice over said something like "Pete was unlucky in catching the shop lifters this time". Many Thanks. I have heard the music used in other places before. I sounds a bit like "Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence (Forbidden Colors)." Many Thanks.
