It was last Friday (Saturday in Scotland). The final round was 4 Eggheads against 2 students. The Eggheads floundered on a question about how many of the US States still have the 'Death Peanalty' on their statute books. The students had some lucky guesses.

Yes that was it, the eggheads took the option of 8 states when in fact it was 36 <could have been 38> So pleased that student won that sort of money. It was Oxford, wasn't it gen?

Beer today gone tomorrow, they were called and yes they had a very lucky guess at the end.
Which European capital is the furthest south, valetta, nicosia or lisbon, considering they didn't know where Nicosia is it was a very lucky guess. Good tv though.

good game tonight. the students had some good guesses but the quizzers tonight were good.
the students said they would spend the money on a holiday in Nicosia as soon as they discovered where it was!!!

can i join in here both games very good just for a bit of fun how many out there would have got the Death Peanalty one right no other reason just wondered i love the programme some of you out there should form a team and go and have a go cheers T

no way I know my limits unless they let me take Google as a team member lol
I enjoy the programme. My daughter is left handed and gets e mails from a left handed club and they have formed a team apparently and are filming later this month (not my daughter)

Hi teddysbears I did just that with my brothers and sisters in January thi year. We were called 'Thicker Than Water' and must admit I was thicker than most! Had a really good time though and would recommend it to any one
