Have you not been given all the answers yet? Why not just ask for all the answers? You really do not have a clue how to do these quizzes, do you teddysbears?
spotty dog and waugh 2 do you ever use this site for the reason its for ( asking quiz and puzzle questions ) I seem to remember you telling me it was not a chat site but all I can see is you two and figi ( who I think is the same person) not asking quiz questions but solely useing this site to upset a very friendly group of people. We would all like to help you if you have quiz questions. If you dont want our help then dont bother to come on this site, and enjoy the way you like to do them. I think we have all got your drift now
You really don't have a clue,do you?
We don't object to you giving each other answers, It's the fact that you're making them public. Why don't you swap e-mails with each other and confer in private. The setters of this quiz will be expecting about four or five all-correct entries, but they are going to get about a hundred because of you lot. I completed this particular quiz on the night I received it, but I have since binned my entry, so this particular charity will be losing out.
How are they losing out - didnt you pay for it in the first place
Have you ever noticed that when you get the answers back - despite the fact that some questions have been discussed on here - there are usually only a handful of people who get them all correct - never yet seen it say hundreds!
Some of us are in the habit of sending an extra donation to the charity when we send in our entry, especially if it's a quiz we've particularly enjoyed. But if many of us bin them because this site has made a mockery of the quiz then obviously the charity loses out.
If you lot can't even understand that, then you have even fewer brain cells than is already apparent.
I don't know how you can say you've never seen hundreds smouse. Rainbow, for instance, has many many on full marks, very few of whom have actually done it for themselves.
I too shall stop sending entries to quizzes that have been entirely answered on here, so charities will indeed loose out, as next time the quiz is on offer I shall decline.
Why people can't send in with missing answers I can't grasp.
I said it because I havent!
I don't do the rainbow quiz so wasnt aware of that but I doubt there will be hundreds of correct to sweetness and light - we shall have to see
If folk gie answers on here, there will be a greater chance of entries wi all the correct answers. Assuming you are one of those wi all the correct answers, yir chances of winning are diminished but there is still a chance. If you do not enter, yir chances of winning are zero so I do not understand the logic of yir argument.
It's not about winning! You ,too, are missing the point. Some of us worked our butts off to complete that quiz, only to find about 90% of the answers plastered all over the ether. I will be first to help anyone who makes a genuine effort and finds themselves stuck on the last couple of answers, but to just plant the whole quiz on this site is pure laziness. I mean, look at the question at the top of this thread. Primary school stuff! Pure laziness.
I just dnt get the point of the whole debate tbh! i think every1 needs to sit back n think of the bigger picture! Strikes me Spotty Dog is bein mardy cuz he might not win this time(awww didums!) Besides whats the point of a quiz? Its to have fun right!? so why is every1 gettin all serious i mean its not like its gonna cause a war is it? and like smouse says you pay for it anyways so if the charity gets 1correct quiz or 1000 there still gettin the money! so i say get over yourselves and realise theres bigger problems in the world than how many people enter quizes! Not that theres anythin wrong with a good quiz!
jammdodgem is mumping because of the number of answers shown in particular quizzes and won't enter those quizzes in future. If there are plenty folk taking part in a quiz, it could be that different folk struggle wi different questions but I find it hard to believe that the answers to every question have ever been given unless it is a very short quiz..
"I too shall stop sending entries to quizzes that have been entirely answered on here, so charities will indeed loose out, as next time the quiz is on offer I shall decline."
Is that not because there is less chance of winning?
I am not going to argue with these people any more. I just report their posts to the Ed as abusive. Surely if enough report them they will be banned.
I don't mind giving answers and with some quizzes (money matters!!!) will take all the help I can get.
As was previously said who knows if the answers given are correct anyway. With the ecent Cinnamon Trust I was convinced the last question was to do with stamps but it wasn't.
Just report them.
Report them for what Diane1954? Where are their (and my) posts abusive? Just because you do not like an opinion opposite to your own does not mean that we have any less right to post those opinions.
I believe certain posters are just vindictive otherwise why don't you object to crossword questions. I get the Mail on Sunday and the You magazine. The first You magazine question was asked at 9.36 this morning I hadn.t even opened my newspaper then.LOL
If people want to ask let them. I reiterate it's a question and answer site
Personally, I do object to multiple crossword answers being given here - and have said so before and will no doubt say so again. I do not have the time to post my objection on every single such crossword post but I do feel quite strongly that I should be able to voice my opinion when some people would rather be given quite a few crossword or quiz answers than working for them, as do most honest people.
The reporting system does not work anyway, as a banned person only has to register another e-mail address and they will be back on the site within five minutes or so. There are numerous examples of this all over the site.
Live and let live, I say - if you do not like what I and others have to say, ignore us - but please allow us our opinions; we are entitled to them.
I just cannot believe that some people wish to "ban" people from having an opinion! It's quite funny to be honest.
The same people ask questions on here time and time again, and are quite clearly just taking the lazy option.
They are the first to cry out that "it's for charity" so why are we so upset?
I would counter with, "why do YOU want the answers SO badly" if YOU are just doing it for charity too?
There is a PRIZE offered on these quizzes and some people enter to win...........if that doesn't bother you than why keep asking on here for a full set of answers? Send it it with the best YOU can do.
Always the same names asking for multiple questions..........just a couple of questions we could all live with, but some just make it a joke.
