Which band recently had a music video in which the band members were shown as figures in a war memorial? They sang and played their instruments but remained in the memorial and looked like they were made of bronze.

I haven't seen the video in question, (I'm an old git, now), but from your description, it sounds like a rip-off of the cover of The Jam's 1979 album "Setting Sons".
Just google-image >Jam "setting sons"< to see what I mean!
