Hi Bex... La Marina is about a 20 minute drive from Torrevieja, the same distance from Alicante airport and about a 10 minute drive from Guardarmar... although as we drove through that area last week IMHO why anyone would want to go there is beyond me :o) Trudi x (If you want any more directions/ advice about the area you can get me direct through http://casalindo.spain.com)

The beach is lovely with two very nice restaurants/hostals but it is better to visit than stay. 15 minutes if you drivelike me
