"Strong monsoon winds, light ranfall and gegraphic isolation have created a botanist's paradise of wierd and wonderful plants. The sap from the island's most famous tree is bright red, and was prized by a healing agent by gladiators. Although the majority of the poulation lives in the capital, many still inhabit caves in the mountainous interior. Name the island."
I'm thinking the red sap comes from the Dragon Tree... possibly somewhere in the Azores. Any ideas anyone?
Thanks
