Heros - final episode

Just been on my hols and set the video to record Heros - but I did not realise that it was a double episode finale - so can some one let me know what happened in the last episode please..!

Matt and Mr Bennet and Ned find the "locater" thingy and it turns out its a little girl. Mohinder is looking after her. I think Linderman shoots DL (jessica's bf) and she and her son drag DL out of the building. Claire jumps out of a window, dies and comes back to life to run away from her father. Peter nearly blows up but then Claire comes but she can't shoot him like she promised she would. Claire's dad, Nathan Petrelli turns up and grabs hold of Peter and flies up into space. All you see is a big bang. It ends where all the heroes are in a square. Sylar opposing them. Matt (the police guy) tries to shoot at Sylar but Sylar stops the bullets and shoots them back at him. So it kind of looks like Matt has died. Jessica and the rest try to get a shot at Sylar. and finally Hiro gets him with his sword. But not before Sylar has his revenge. all you see if Hiro flying away into nothingness. Then as like an epilogue it shows Hiro in a field in China, like 5000 years ago. loads of people on horses are charging at him and I think one of the people on a horse is the legend that Hiro described. (The one who chanelled his power through a sword)
Lastly, the camera pans across the square where the heroes have fought. You don't see Sylar body but you do see a smear of blood leading to a grid in the road.

P.s; Sorry, I know it wasn't described very well but I haven't watched it on BBC2. I watched it when it was on like a year ago on SciFi channel.

If you have Sky then the whole series is being repeated on Sci Fi from Christmas Eve onwards for several days. We are desperate to see the last four episodes as our digibox went wrong and hasn't recorded them!

the last episode is great, a lot of time travelling, sylar regains his powers, and the last bit shows him zapping his powers.

That was a great re-cap by Blacknarcis, but there was another couple of things that happened. During the confrontation between Jessica/Nicky, DL and Linderman, Nicky is released from her reflection, and takes over control of he body again, and DL kills Linderman by shoving his hand into his brain!!!!
Did you see Ted get killed? Not sure if that wa the first of second part.

I saw Sylar sneaking off into the drain, very sloppy of the heroes really. I mean if I'd gone to all that trouble to kill someone (who could end the World) I'd make darn sure he was dead

I've been very disappointed in the entire series. Which I've religiously watched from beginning to end, thinking that it really must improve at some stage to justify all the hype. I just feel that it's all been a total cop out. Maybe they should all have been blown up in the end - I won't be watching the second series. How much worse can it get?
