i'm looking for a free internet site to look up marriage records

If you look up BMD in google it will list counties that have a birth, marriage and death register.Familysearch.org is another good site. But if you are wanting more recent marriages then really it would have to be ancestry.co.uk but you do have to pay for this site although I believe you can purchase a card from some retailers and you get about 12 searches. Some info you can probably pick out though without paying. Hope this helps.
