Thanks for the idea spudqueen but I have already tried to contact Spears but they haven't replied.
Good question. I have the game (bought second-hand) with only 2 tiles missing (I have 110 of 112 tiles). Here is my distribution:
A=10,B=2,C=4,D=4,E=10,F=2,G=3,H=3,I=7,J=1,K=2,L=7
M=3,N=5,O=7,P=4,Q=1,R=7,S=7,T=8,U=4,V=1,W=2
X=1,Y=2,Z=1,Jokers=2
I hope that helps a bit. My problem is I don't have ANY instructions except those on the box. If you have instruction can you please post (a summary) of object, scoring, manipulation.
Also the box picture shows a game in progress, the visible letters include SIX letter 'N' - while I only have FIVE 'N's. This may be one of my two missing letters assuming one standard set is shown on the picture..
...recount (It's 1:15am here!) - have actually got 111 tiles, with another 'O'. So the probable distribution is A=10,B=2,C=4,D=4,E=10,F=2,G=3,H=3,I=7,J=1,K=2
L=7,M=3,N=5,O=8,P=4,Q=1,R=7,S=7,T=8,U=4,V=1
W=2,X=1,Y=2,Z=1,Jokers=2
plus the missing 'N'

Hi Mike,
I wrote a letter to Spears and they replied with the breakdown.
You are correct except for the following E -12, N -6, O -8. Hope that helps.
The rules are basic and I'm unsure how helpful they are as I have yet to try the game out. I'm more addicted to the number game of Rummikub but I will draft the rules out for you in the next few days

Mike . A very brief summary of rules
Agree a score to aim for.
14 tiles each. Need a 6 letter word to start. If not take a tile from pile. Then one can add to existing words to make another. Can remove a tile to add to another word but the existing word cannot be rejuggled or disassembled. Only one word can be done in each turn. New words to have at least three letters.
Cannot form another word that is already on the table.
When your tiles are completely used up on your rack take a further 7 tiles. You must make a new four letter word before manipulating tiles on the table again.
Each letter scores one point . Highest score of course wins.
Any other points I'll try to answer.There is one rule which doesn't make sense so i have ignored it for now.
