Tennis Elbow - Excercise help.
4 Answers
I have been diagnosed with tennis elbow since well before Christmas and I am still suffering (awaiting an appointment with a physio), before this happened I lost 2 stone and was doing well with sit ups and press ups, can anyone suggest any kind of excercise that will help build up the strength in my arm? I have got no strength in it at all, its just gone to nothing, I would be grateful for any advice. Many thanks.

I'm not a doctor so I cant help you, and unfortunately I don't know anybody who has tennis elbow so I can consulate with them, but I was looking for some info online on the matter and found these videos that offer lots of information.
I think you'll find them very useful and informative

I know this is a bit late but here's my solution. I had tennis elbow years ago and I suffered for month's. I then bumped into an acquaintance who ran a fitness gym. After telling him all the details he suggested that I increase the size of grip on racquet (I played squash). It worked. He explained that the tennis elbow was a result of trying to grip something too small for my hand. Not had a problem since.
