Hi, Ireally need a laptop to do coursework on but I'm looking for one under about �160 maybe a bit higher. Any ideas?

The lowest price for a NEW Windows based laptop is around �300 or maybe slightly less.

If you only have �160 then you are probably talking about a second hand laptop.

Buying a s/h laptop is a little risky as you dont know its history (it may have been dropped, it may be stolen, it may have dodgy software on it, or it may be full of viruses)

But at �160 I think s/h is your only option.
