KM Links Game - February week 2

Had a wee toes-up in the Shrubbery after everyone else turned in for the night and then thought - well, while I'm here, I'll pop this in and then go and do something constructive for the rest of the day - and when I looked, the day was almost gone!! No wonder mrseekeerz walks around with a face like a black cloud on a Saturday, muttering !!

It's gone from mid-summer to trying to look like autumn here, the past few days have been cold and windy - no wonder we all feel weird most of the time, our poor systems don't have a chance. I know it's only 3 weeks away from autumn but our weather has never taken any notice of that before, so why should it start now. GRRR !!

Ok that's my whinge for the day - now we're all here for a completely different reason really - Links Game !!!!
Some time this morning, somebody will post the links words, along with their own selection, for us all to play with - and we're hoping for a good batch this week.

Play will continue till the wee hours of Monday morning so for all you stop-outs, you can still post up until the words are posted, but it closes once that happens.

Last week slaney, joto, london-lassy and Christiana all started with a flurry of points - wonder how it will pan out this time around.

Steff, I've been trying to post an answer to your P.S. for ages but the site won't let me -- I'll try one more time. As you can see from my answer above I've had computer trouble (that seems to have hit several of us recently). It's not until you can't use something that you realise how often that you do use it. My tower died due to overheating --the machine was over 10 years old; I took it to a techie to see if it could be repaired, but he said that when he tried to power it up the motherboard screamed -- sounds like something from a horror movie ! So I've had to splash out and buy a new system; out with the old TV sized monitor and in with a new flat screen. Well, it's nice to know that my absence was noticed, but I'm still in the land of the living, enjoying our beautiful spring-like weather of late. Regards and best wishes to all.
