Can anyone tell me why I keep getting the offer to join a comment thing popping up and what is it

Yes, I got one of those yesterday & chose to decline the offer as I sensed it might prove to be more annoying than useful smouse.

Unfortunately the ED hasn't got round to actually telling us yet so there have been many questions on this. I have accepted a few times to see what happened. I can now report......zilch!

Thanks for that - I shall continue to ignore it then - it was just beginning to intrigue me and I ahd seen no comments in this section or if there have been I missed them
