KM Links Game - February week 3 Results

Good morning all, from a very hot and sunny South Oz.
Summer is, I hope, having it's final hurrah and then we'll go to Autumn, my favourite time of the year - forget Spring cleaning, I get more done in Autumn then at any other time.

Thought dear old AB was going to play up when I came to post this, but fingers crossed, and I'll be able to get back when the link words have been posted.

Aquagility mentioned that Saturday was the last day for early starts for him, however I remember something about hanging up the bicycle clips and the starting flags back around Christmas, so I'll take it with a wee pinch of salt and hope that we see him on the odd early occasion - so I really don't know who's likely to be on-deck today, only time will tell.

Whatever transpires, I'll be back a little later to share out the points and revamp the Leader Board, so toodeloo for now !!! S

Good morning and thanks, sarumite -

Well after a small scuffle at the beginning, scoring became a little strung out this week

Aquagility was first away with Peppercorn Rent, which proved a very popular choice for most, and DizzyLizzie who was right behind him with Candle Stick as well, collecting two lots of bonus points and joto also came in within the time limit for bonus points and picked up two points as well.

lysander was the first to register Porcupine Fish and also scored another point for a good guess and a bit later kettledrum landed the last bonus two pointer with Dove Grey with also an extra point.

Two points for good guesses went to Jools, paulineward, wickedtongue, twosearch, patchett & Magyar while a further 33 entries each scored one point.

Well done everyone, I will now go and fiddle with the Leader Board and be back shortly.

I don't know if this has been posted elsewhere, but you might like to know that Kate's links for the week before were
published today as COPPERPLATE and NICKEL BRASS.

I remember there were a couple of pints riding on that for someone but can't recall for whom.

Thanks for doing the scoring Steff, I don't seem to be doing very well at this recently, so well done to those who are scoring.

Hi gen2 thanks for that, no-one else had mentioned the results from last week !!! Strix promised sarumite the ales if his combination was successful, I passed on the info to sarumite, who told me that he changed his mind and went with the other combination - bet he's kicking the end of the bed and cursing !!! oh dear, that sounds rather convoluted but I think you'll get the drift

Thanks Seekeerz and Sarumite. Have only just got down to doing todays Herculis and seen the results of our KM links.
I see I got one point, which gives me a grand total of three for this month I believe, so I've really got to get an enormous amount of points for next week to even get in the leaders board.
