Can anyone tell me the name of the outlet village that was near livingston i know there is one called the macauther glen what was the little village called near it?

Macarthur glen is in Livingston at the almondvale shopping centre - do you mean Freeport?

In Livingston, for shopping you have the Almondvale Shopping Centre. Then you have the Livingston Designer Outlet formerly the McArthur Glen Outlet.

The little village you were thinking of might be the Freeport Outlet Village at Westwood, West Lothian.
