Childrens book about a magic cupboard house.

I'm looking for the Title and auther of a book I read in my childhood. I remember reading a book about a toy cupboard that was made into a doll house. The girl in the story used to keep her teddy animals in the house, and they used to come alive when she was not around. I also remember that 2 of the animals were a rat and a tiger. The front cover showed the house and the animals inside the rooms. Anyone know what It could be??
