The question is in a cryptic form, the answer is a town, and I haven't got a clue, so any help would be very much appreciated. What the competitors in the Cambridge/Oxford boat race aspire to have?

That's a great answer, but judging by the other questions, I have a feeling the town may be British. I was wondering if it could be Leeds, but the answer to the following question is definitely Leeds.
