fendi bag

i have a fendi bag, its a small black leather bag with large gold coloured rings holding handle( its the one with the large gold fendi logo disk, ), to strap, at the end of leather strap there is 2 gold coloured studs, they appear to be like a threaded screw . ive noticed that one has fallen of, were can i get a replacement, ive tried the fendi website but it is not very good does any one know of a address for fendi in italy, i must get it repaired cos my bag was 275 pound
