About a certain song..

My question is that I was watching 'Scrubs' the other
night, and there is a song playing in the background
music that I really like and want to purchase the disc,
but I do not know who the artist is.. It is a really catchy
pop type song by one of the newer solo artists I believe,
and the chorus lyrics are something to the effect of..
"Everytime I see you"... etc... There are alot of other
lyrics to it of course, which I am unsure of, but, they all
lead up to what seems to be the main chorus words of,
'everytime I see you' and then the song continues into
it's pop/catchy mode.... Does anyone know who it is?
I'd love to know, it's driving me crazy!?! Mahalo from Maui..
