Have to say DC_FC the thought crossed my mind, I dropped into Asda this morning for some medication that couldn't wait and was shocked how busy the store was, you could hardly walk down some aisles and people had trolley loads, they're open tomorrow!
Its only one weekend, cant understand why they go bananas, the shelves look as though locusts have been there! and try and get in the Asda car park, you have to wait.
I they are all going to stuff themselves that full I just hope I'm not around when the Enos starts to work.
Went to sainsburys and i couldnt believe the car park, it was practically full and by the fruit and veg you couldnt move, they were going mad, like i said in my original post the shops are only closed day, theyre open saturday then open monday, i couldnt believe it, i know christmas is bad but never quite expected it to be like it was today
i did my shopping last night at about 5.30 and the shelves were full and the checkouts empty, but i know someone who works there and they said it had been packed all day
People get greedy and in a panic for no reason. It's like at Christmas Eve, if you havn't bought bread by noon there is no white sliced bread left. You see people with 6 loaves in their trolley. Who can eat 6 loaves of bread?
